The 20th Annual Friends of Acadia Benefit Auction, held on Saturday, August 8 at the Asticou Inn in Northeast Harbor, was by all accounts a success. This page will remain up until next year's auction items are selected.

Tom Bazzolo guitar

It is all about music. This grand concert size guitar will certainly delight and inspire any fingerstyle guitarist. It is built entirely by hand using exquisite tonewoods, aged for over 20 years and selected for their individual beauty and musicality. The spruce top of this guitar was cut from a red spruce log from the forests of northern Maine. Red spruce has historically been prized by instrument makers for its warmth, tonal clarity, and broad palate of musical colors. It is a tree native to our park.
